Forvis Mazars Group is seeking a Group Chief Information Security & Technology Risk Officer (Group CISTRO) to lead risk oversight across member firms and strategic providers. This hybrid, Europe-wide role reports to governance bodies and chairs the Group Information Security Committee, shaping policy, risk appetite and assurance.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in cyber security, technology risk and AI risk.
• Proven experience establishing or leading a second-line risk governance capability in a federated/international organisation.
• Strong knowledge of the Three Lines of Defence model and risk reporting to Boards.
• Experience translating complex cyber/AI risks into business, regulatory and governance actions.
• Familiarity with recognised frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO 27001.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Group Cyber, AI and Technology Risk Management Transformation plan.
• Establish Policy, Risk Appetite and Oversight Framework for the group.
• Provide independent oversight and challenge of cyber, AI and technology risk across the Group.
• Chair governance forums and deliver timely reporting on risk posture and remediation progress.
