Goodman Group is seeking a Risk Manager for Continental Europe to strengthen the organisation’s approach to risk management and coordinating governance across development and operations. The role requires building data-driven insights and engaging stakeholders to foster a strong risk culture.

You will own the CE risk policy, manage the CE enterprise risk register, and support regulatory filings in collaboration with IT and business teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant risk or audit role.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Business Automation Finance, Risk Management.
• Experience in real estate or infrastructure industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient stakeholder management and communication.
• Strong governance and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Collect, analyse, and consolidate data to maintain the CE enterprise risk register.
• Design and implement robust risk management processes and governance practices.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to enhance transparency of risk exposure, assessments, and mitigations.
• Own and advocate the CE risk policy and risk register framework.
• Coordinate ICT risk framework in cooperation with IT Team.
• Respond to regulatory requests and supervisory inquiries.
