Ramboll Belgium seeks an EU Tender Coordinator in Brussels to own tender processes, ensure timely delivery, and coordinate with consultants, partners and internal teams across the bid lifecycle.

You hold a relevant university degree with at least one year in tender preparation, are proficient in Microsoft Office, and fluent in English; French is an asset. A service-minded, collaborative mindset and strong organisation are essential.

• University degree and at least one year of tender preparation experience.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and producing well-structured documents.
• Fluent English; French language skills are an asset.
• A proactive, service-minded mindset and strong team spirit.

Responsabilités

• Identify EU and international tender opportunities and support market intelligence.
• Coordinate tender preparation from identification to submission ensuring compliance.
• Liaise with internal experts, external partners, and consortia for timely inputs.
• Support proposal development through CV formatting and document prep.
• Contribute to budget preparation and financial compliance.
• Monitor tender outcomes and suggest process improvements.
• Provide ad hoc project coordination and event planning support.
