EY’s Brussels-based EU dedicated bid team coordinates EU Institutions tenders, ensuring compliance and timely submissions. The Bid Coordinator works with a network of EY colleagues and external partners to manage documentation and submission timelines.

The role emphasizes coordination, attention to detail and stakeholder engagement, with English proficiency and available French or other EU language skills considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field as listed.
• Experience in bid management or proposal coordination is an asset.
• Highly organized with strong ownership and deadline discipline.
• Excellent English, French or other EU languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate tenders from qualification through submission on EU tendering portals.
• Manage bid timelines and progress tracking with contributors.
• Coordinate EY experts and external consortium partners.
• Liaise with clients, partners and internal stakeholders on clarifications.
• Assemble admin, legal, contractual and eligibility docs for submissions.
• Support selection criteria by collecting CVs and references.
• Contribute to proposal quality and compliance reviews.
• Analyze tender docs and support bid plans and templates.
• Improve bid management processes and knowledge repositories.
