Ramboll Belgium is seeking an EU Tender Coordinator to strengthen our public procurement work in Brussels. You will own tender processes, coordinate prep, and ensure compliance across administrative, technical, and financial inputs.

You will collaborate with consulting teams, experts, and partners to deliver timely, high-quality proposals. We value strong organizational skills, service-mindedness, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree and at least one year of tender preparation experience.
• Familiarity with EU public procurement is an asset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; French is an asset.
• Proactive, service-minded, and collaborative with commercial awareness.
• Right to live and work in the EU.

Responsabilités

• Own tender processes, ensuring requirements are met and timelines are respected.
• Coordinate the tender preparation process from identification to submission.
• Liaise with internal experts, external partners, and consortia for timely contributions.
• Support proposal development through CV formatting and document prep.
• Contribute to budget preparation and financial compliance.
• Monitor tender outcomes and improve sales and business development processes.
• Provide project coordination and administrative support as needed.
