Ramboll Belgium is seeking an EU Tender Coordinator to take ownership of tender processes, ensure requirements are met, timelines are respected, and coordinate between experts, partners, and internal teams in Brussels.

You will support proposal development, maintain documentation, and help ensure administrative, technical, and financial inputs are completed throughout the tender lifecycle, working within our Business Development & Support team.

Qualifications

• A relevant university degree and at least one year of tender preparation experience or exposure.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Fluent written and spoken English; good command of French is a plus.
• Experience with EU public procurement or tender processes is an asset but not required.

Responsabilités

• Identify tender opportunities with EU and international organisations.
• Coordinate tender preparation from opportunity to submission ensuring compliance.
• Liaise with internal experts, external partners and consortia for inputs and timely contributions.
• Support proposal development through CV formatting, references, and document prep.
• Contribute to budget preparation and financial compliance.
• Monitor tender outcomes and help improve sales processes.
• Provide project coordination and administrative support as needed.
