ADP is seeking an Enterprise Sales Account Executive for Emerging Markets to drive new business with 2,000+ employee enterprises across multiple countries.

You will lead complex sales cycles, build executive relationships, and collaborate with partners to deliver tailored HCM and payroll solutions at scale. This role requires strategic vision, resilience, and cross-cultural collaboration in a growing market.

Qualifikationen

• Proven success selling complex B2B solutions to large enterprise organisations.
• Strong prospecting, territory planning and pipeline generation skills.
• Experience with long, multi-stakeholder deals and MEDDICC.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across cultures.

Aufgaben

• Drive new enterprise growth by acquiring new enterprise customers.
• Lead complex sales cycles from discovery to close.
• Engage executive decision-makers across HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Collaborate with alliance partners, pre-sales, implementation, marketing, and leadership to win opportunities.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and CRM discipline using MEDDICC.
