Job summary

Harmoney is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead SaaS implementations for banks, insurers and regulated organisations across Europe from Ghent. You’ll bridge customers, Product and Engineering to deliver on time and scale with our product vision.

The role emphasizes ownership, customer success, and collaboration in a fast-growing enterprise context with flexible remote work options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering SaaS implementations.
• KYC / AML expertise.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with enterprise customers or complex business environments.
• Ability to guide customers towards scalable solutions.
• Professional proficiency in English and native‑level Dutch or French.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout delivery.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable product configurations.
• Guide customers towards best-practice adoption of the platform.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, and customer teams.
• Support implementation planning, testing, validation, and go-live activities.
