Job summary

Harmoney is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead SaaS implementations for banks, insurers and regulated organisations across Europe from Ghent. You’ll bridge customers, Product and Engineering to deliver on time and scale with our product vision.

The role emphasizes ownership, customer success, and collaboration in a fast-growing enterprise context with flexible remote work options.

Qualifications

Your impact

As Implementation Manager, you’ll own the successful delivery of customer implementations from kickoff to go-live. You’ll act as the bridge between customers, Product, and Engineering, ensuring projects are delivered on time, aligned with customer needs, and scalable within our product vision.

This is a highly visible role with significant ownership and direct influence on customer success.

What will help you succeed

Essentials

• 3+ years of experience delivering SaaS implementations, software projects, or similar customer‑facing technology initiatives
• KYC / AML expertise
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with enterprise customers or complex business environments
• Ability to challenge requirements and guide customers towards scalable solutions
• Professional proficiency in English and native‑level Dutch or French

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and integrations
• Familiarity with Agile environments and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience in banking, insurance, compliance, or other regulated industries
• Exposure to testing, validation, or delivery management activities
