Harmoney is seeking an Implementation Manager to deliver end-to-end SaaS implementations for banks, insurers, and other regulated organisations. You will bridge customers, Product, and Engineering, ensuring on-time delivery aligned with customer needs and scalable within our product vision.

This highly visible role offers ownership and direct impact on customer success in a fast-growing scale-up across Europe, with flexible remote options and a strong focus on compliance platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience delivering SaaS implementations, software projects, or similar customer-facing technology initiatives.
• KYC / AML expertise
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with enterprise customers or complex business environments
• Ability to challenge requirements and guide customers towards scalable solutions
• Professional proficiency in English and native-level Dutch or French

As Implementation Manager, you'll own the successful delivery of customer implementations from kickoff to go-live. You'll act as the bridge between customers, Product, and Engineering, ensuring projects are delivered on time, aligned with customer needs, and scalable within our product vision.

Essentials

• 3+ years of experience delivering SaaS implementations, software projects, or similar customer-facing technology initiatives
• KYC / AML expertise
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with enterprise customers or complex business environments
• Ability to challenge requirements and guide customers towards scalable solutions
• Professional proficiency in English and native-level Dutch or French

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and integrations
• Familiarity with Agile environments and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience in banking, insurance, compliance, or other regulated industries
• Exposure to testing, validation, or delivery management activities
