Engibex is a Belgian engineering consultancy expanding its commercial team. The Business Manager role centers on owning the full commercial cycle: finding new clients, winning them, and growing them, while building and leading a consulting team around each account.

You’ll prospect, negotiate, and turn contracts into lasting partnerships, recruiting engineers to fit projects and career goals. There is clear room to grow into leadership as you prove your impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Commercial Sciences, Business/Management, or similar.
• 1–4 years of experience, with proven prospecting experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, targets and self-motivation.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch, and fluent in English; other national language is a plus.
• Curiosity for technology and engineering; autonomous and proactive.

Responsabilités

• Prospecting, cold outreach, meetings and negotiations to build your own client portfolio.
• Lead and recruit a team of consultants around each account and manage them on assignments.
• Develop collaborations to turn first contracts into lasting partnerships and project portfolios.
• Recruit, select and match engineers to projects aligned with career goals.
• Monitor financial health of your activity and drive growth toward targets.
