You will build a strong client portfolio in aerospace, defence, and industrial sectors, while contributing to recruitment strategies and team development. Fluent French and English are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent).
• Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken.
• Initial experience in business development and recruitment within the engineering sector.
• Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills.
• A proactive, ambitious, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client portfolio in aerospace, defence, and industrial sectors.
• Manage recruitment and team development for consultants.
• Respond to tenders, negotiate contracts, and build key accounts.
