Job summary

We ARE Renewables seeks a Business Analyst to optimize and digitize asset-related processes in a complex energy environment. You translate business needs into requirements, epics and user stories, and validate with IT while supporting testing and change management.

You will harmonize processes across departments and international teams, contribute to digitalization of maintenance, safety, planning and operations, and train users while ensuring continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
Excellent Dutch, French and English.
Master’s degree in a technical or economic field, or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking and communication skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Knowledge of BPMN and UML.
Basic SAP PM knowledge or willingness to learn it.
Experience with Enterprise Architect, Jira and TFS DevOps is a plus.
Experience in the electricity/energy sector or industrial asset maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

Model and redesign business processes.
Identify business needs and translate them into requirements, epics and user stories.
Challenge and advise stakeholders on processes and requirements.
Develop business information models.
Harmonize processes across departments and international teams.
Align and validate requirements with business and IT.
Validate functional IT analyses and test implemented solutions.
Support change management, including training and documentation.
Contribute to digitalization of maintenance, safety, planning and operational processes.
