BuzziSpace, headquartered in Antwerp, is seeking a Sales Director EMEA to lead a four-person team of Area Sales Managers and drive the commercial strategy across the region.

You''ll report to the CEO, build strategic partnerships with architects, dealers and key accounts, and translate global strategy into regional execution while fostering a high-performance culture and ambitious growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leadership in contract furniture or design-led manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of specification sales and dealer networks.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts and commercial performance.
• Ability to operate at executive level with senior leadership.
• Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for EMEA.
• Lead, coach and develop four Area Sales Managers.
• Drive profitable revenue growth, forecasting and pipeline management.
• Develop dealer, rep agency and global account network.
• Build long-term partnerships with architects, designers and key accounts.
• Manage strategic customer relationships in Benelux and UK.
• Translate global strategy into regional execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Haworth Group.
• Create a high-performance culture with clear goals and ownership.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and improve the organization.
