Michael Page International Belgium is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead and coach a field sales team in the Flemish Brabant area. You will manage around 10 Account Managers, drive growth, and ensure profitable long-term relationships for the business.

The role requires a strong coaching mindset, extensive B2B direct sales experience, and fluency in Dutch and English, with French being an asset. Reporting to the Sales Director, it offers international exposure and local autonomy.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of commercial experience.
• Proven experience in managing teams.
• Strong sales mindset.
• Experience in B2B direct sales environments.
• Affinity with construction sector is a plus.
• Strong coaching capabilities.
• Resilient, ambitious, transparent, and hands-on.
• Analytical, structured, and result-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of around 10 Account Managers (mix of junior and senior profiles).
• Act as coach and inspiration source for the team.
• Strong focus on coaching in the field.
• Provide continuous feedback and translate strategy into concrete actions.
• Focus on Flemish Brabant area.
• Drive commercial growth while ensuring profitability and long-term relationships.
• Stay close to the business.
• Maintain contact with key accounts and step in when needed.
• Report directly to the Sales Director.
