Job summary

MountainTop Life-Sciences is seeking an EMEA Product Manager based in Belgium to drive regional product strategies, growth, and adoption across European and international markets. You will translate market insights into effective marketing initiatives and collaborate with sales, clinical, regulatory, and technical teams.

You will lead launches, develop positioning, and equip regional teams with training and tools, leveraging your scientific background and commercial acumen to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product management or marketing, ideally in medical devices or healthcare technology.
• Experience with product launches, including planning and commercialization.
• Ability to translate complex scientific/technical products into clear commercial messages.
• Strong communication, analytical and project management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to work with international teams.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Based in Belgium with flexibility for international travel.

As EMEA Product Manager, you will support the development and execution of regional product strategies, helping drive market growth, product adoption and commercial success across European and international markets.

Working closely with commercial, clinical and technical teams, you will translate market insights and customer needs into effective marketing initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing EMEA product marketing strategies and go-to-market plans.
• Planning and coordinating product launches across multiple markets.
• Creating compelling product positioning, value propositions and marketing materials.
• Supporting regional sales teams through product training, commercial tools and sales enablement initiatives.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, clinical, regulatory and technical departments.
• Building relationships with key stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
• Tracking product performance and contributing to continuous portfolio development.

What we're looking for

• Master's degree in a life sciences field, biomedical sciences, biotechnology or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product management or marketing, ideally within medical devices, biotechnology, diagnostics or healthcare technology.
• Previous product launch experience, including launch planning, coordination or commercialization.
• Ability to understand complex scientific or technical products and translate them into clear commercial messages.
• Strong communication, analytical and project management skills.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with international teams.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Based in Belgium, with flexibility for international travel.
