Job summary

MountainTop Life-Sciences is seeking an EMEA Product Manager based in Belgium to drive regional product strategies, growth, and adoption across European and international markets. You will translate market insights into effective marketing initiatives and collaborate with sales, clinical, regulatory, and technical teams.

You will lead launches, develop positioning, and equip regional teams with training and tools, leveraging your scientific background and commercial acumen to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product management or marketing, ideally in medical devices or healthcare technology.
• Experience with product launches, including planning and commercialization.
• Ability to translate complex scientific/technical products into clear commercial messages.
• Strong communication, analytical and project management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to work with international teams.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Based in Belgium with flexibility for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute EMEA product marketing strategies and go-to-market plans.
• Coordinate product launches across multiple markets within Europe and beyond.
• Create compelling product positioning, value propositions and marketing materials.
• Support regional sales through training, tools and enablement initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, clinical, regulatory and technical.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Track product performance and contribute to portfolio development.
