Abbott Laboratories is seeking an experienced Product Manager for the EMEA region to drive portfolio growth, commercialization, and customer engagement within the Abbott Vascular team. You will work with Global, Regional, and cross-functional groups to shape marketing strategies, support launches, and translate market insights into business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Approximately 10+ years of commercial, sales, and marketing experience with 5+ years in Product Management or Marketing.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies and tactical plans across the EMEA region.
• Analyze market trends, insights, and performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead regional commercialization and product launch activities with cross-functional teams.
• Act as the EMEA subject matter expert and provide strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive initiatives.
• Engage healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to identify opportunities.
• Drive omnichannel marketing initiatives and optimize campaigns using data insights.
• Support annual planning, develop sales forecasts, and manage marketing investments.
• Monitor performance indicators and ensure execution excellence across projects.
• Ensure compliance with Abbott policies and reporting procedures.
