Daikin Europe is seeking a strategic Business Development liaison to bridge the EMEA sales network with the Controls SBU at our Belgium headquarters. You will drive growth by challenging tools, crafting actionable plans, and aligning go-to-market execution across affiliates.

The role emphasizes analytics, cross-border collaboration, and development of sales enablement materials to capture market opportunities in the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent with strong analytical skills.
• Experience as business analyst or business development is a strong plus.
• Fluent communication in English; international exposure valued.

Responsabilités

• Support strategy with customer lifecycle value and actionable plans.
• Define KPIs, budgets, targets, monitor performance and implement actions.
• Lead pricing and route-to-market strategies with affiliates.
• Coordinate with supply chain and cross-SBU teams for new business models.
• Develop sales tools, guides, and market activation materials.
• Benchmark competitors and pricing models to drive insights.
