Packs EMEA (Eastpak, Jansport and Kipling) is seeking a Manager, Digital Merchandising Packs (EMEA) to join the DIGILAND team in Antwerp, Belgium. The role leads seasonal buys and provides performance analyses to ensure a healthy balance between full-price and markdown while supporting commercial goals and brand equity.

You will partner with Digital Trade, Product, Planning and Marketing to translate insights into optimal assortments and trading decisions, driving KPI improvements across KPIs

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce merchandising, buying or planning.
• Strong understanding of KPIs such as sell-through, margin, conversion, AOV.
• Proven collaboration with Planning, Buying, Product, Marketing and Digital Trade teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead the seasonal buy for Kipling, Eastpak and Jansport across EMEA digital channels.
• Define seasonal buying strategy in collaboration with Planning and Buying.
• Prepare seasonal buy plans and present at GTM meetings.
• Build SKU- and week-level buy plans for performance tracking.
• Share product performance insights across teams and manage markdown decisions.
