Job summary

VF Corporation in Antwerp, Belgium, is seeking a Manager, Digital Merchandising Packs (EMEA) to shape the seasonal pack strategy for Kipling, Eastpak and Jansport across EMEA digital channels. You will own seasonal buys, generate performance insights, and partner with Digital Trade Managers to balance full-price versus markdown while supporting brand equity.

Requirements include 3–5 years in ecommerce merchandising, buying, or planning and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, buying or planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Retail/Fashion Management or a related field.
• Ability to translate performance insights into actionable recommendations and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the seasonal buy for Kipling, Eastpak and Jansport.
• Prepare and present seasonal buy plans for GTM meetings.
• Analyze sales performance across KPIs (conversion, AOV, sell-through, margin).
• Manage full-price vs markdown balance and impact on pack performance.
• Collaborate with Planning, Buying, Marketing, Site Ops and Product teams.
