Job summary

VF Corp. seeks a Manager, Digital Merchandising Packs (EMEA) for its DIGILAND team in Antwerp, Belgium.

The role leads the seasonal buy for Kipling, Eastpak and Jansport across EMEA digital DTC channels, driving performance analysis and ensuring a healthy price vs markdown balance. The candidate will act as the product knowledge link between Digital Trading and Product teams, partnering with Planning, Buying, Marketing and Digital Ops to optimize packs and reporting.

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce merchandising, buying, planning or a similar commercial role.
Strong understanding of key commercial KPIs such as sell-through, margin, conversion, AOV, ASP and rate of sale.
Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Lead seasonal buy ownership for Kipling, Eastpak and Jansport across DTC channels.
Define seasonal buying strategy with Planning and Buying, reflecting priorities and trends.
Prepare and present seasonal buy plans at GTM meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
Build SKU- and week-level buy plans to enable performance tracking.
Collaborate with Digital Trade, Product and Planning to optimize packs performance.
