Kipling, part of Packs EMEA, is seeking a Manager, Kipling Performance Marketing in Antwerp, Belgium. You will lead paid digital marketing initiatives to drive Kipling.com growth and ecommerce performance.

By developing full-funnel strategies, optimizing campaigns across search, shopping, social, YouTube, TikTok, and more, you will translate data into actionable insights and collaborate with internal teams and agencies to balance brand-building with conversions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital and performance marketing.
• Strong budget management and commercial acumen.
• Proficiency with GA, Ads, Meta Business Manager, GSC.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Fluent English; EU language a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead paid digital marketing initiatives to grow Kipling.com.
• Develop full-funnel performance marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to balance branding with performance.
• Define and evaluate paid media KPIs; build dashboards.
• Manage media agency relationships and campaign activities.
• Coordinate with Brand, Trade, Finance to align plans with financial targets.
• Apply test-and-learn with creatives, landing pages, audiences.
• Support CRM and first-party data integration.
• Plan & track digital media investment in line with targets.
• Stay updated on AI in digital marketing.
