Eastpak Global in Antwerp, Belgium, is seeking a Product Manager Collaborations, Partnerships & Energy to lead end-to-end collaboration projects from concept to market launch, balancing partner vision with consumer relevance and commercial goals.

You will work closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams across design, development, merchandising, planning, and legal to plan contracts, timelines, budgets, and launch readiness.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in merchandising, product management, collaborations, partnerships, product innovation, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects from concept to market launch.
• Strong understanding of consumer trends, cultural movements, and lifestyle brands.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end execution of collaboration projects from concept through market launch.
• Identify and recommend commercial collaboration opportunities to drive growth and brand relevance.
• Partner with Marketing to assess feasibility and manage execution from concept to market.
• Act as the central project lead across partners, design, development, merchandising, planning, legal, finance, sales, operations, and go-to-market teams.
• Develop product briefs with partners and internal teams balancing partner vision with consumer relevance and commercial objectives.
• Own project planning and execution, including contracts, territories, timelines, budgets, launch readiness, and milestone management.
• Coordinate commercial deliverables like business planning, price lists, buy timing, sales tools, royalty reporting, and sell-off tracking.
• Monitor collaboration performance and identify future partnership opportunities.
