Job summary

Terumo BCT, Inc. in Belgium seeks a Commercial FP&A Manager - EMEA to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics for the region, focusing on distributor and indirect markets.

You will partner with regional leadership and Global FP&A to align financial plans with commercial strategy and drive profitability. Reporting to the FP&A Director EMEA, you will own the regional planning cycle, deliver executive dashboards, and drive cost control and margin optimization in a global matrix

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, MBA or equivalent) preferred
• 7-10 years FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering experience in multinational environments.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Deliver monthly financial reporting and performance analyses for EMEA operations.
• Partner with distributor market leaders to optimize revenue, profitability, and channel investments.
• Support global FP&A with transfer pricing analytics and cross-regional initiatives.
• Provide financial commentary and recommendations during business reviews.
• Maintain cost center structure and assist regional accounting with close processes.
