Job summary

TERUMO BCT, INC in Brussels is seeking an experienced Commercial FP&A Manager for the EMEA region. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, partner with regional leadership, and drive performance analytics to improve revenue growth and profitability.

The role reports to the Commercial FP&A Director EMEA and requires strong financial modeling, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic thinking to support enterprise-wide planning and finance transformation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, MBA or equivalent) preferred
7-10 years of progressive FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, or strategic finance experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the EMEA budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes in alignment with corporate objectives and Global FP&A requirements.
Institute financial planning models for revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and profitability forecasting.
Drive forecast accuracy initiatives and identify risks, opportunities, and mitigation actions.
Provide insights into distributor markets and international indirect channels to improve revenue quality and profitability.
