Job summary

Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies is seeking a Commercial FP&A Manager for the EMEA region. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics, serving as a strategic partner to regional leadership and distributor markets, and collaborating with Global FP&A to align financial commitments with commercial objectives.

The role drives planning processes, analyzes variances, and supports enterprise-wide finance initiatives, reporting to the Commercial FP&A Director EMEA.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, or strategic finance experience.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance management in a multinational environment.
• Strong experience supporting sales organizations, distributor channels, or indirect markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Institutionalize financial planning models for revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses.
• Drive forecast accuracy initiatives and identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead monthly financial reporting and performance reviews for EMEA operations.
• Provide financial commentary and recommendations during business reviews.
• Partner with distributor market leaders to improve revenue quality and profitability.
• Act as liaison between EMEA Commercial Finance and Global FP&A; ensure consistency of methods and metrics.
