Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• 7-10 years of FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic finance experience.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance management in a multinational environment.
• Strong commercial finance experience supporting sales organizations, distributor channels, or indirect markets.
• Proven ability to influence decision making through financial analysis and business insights.
• Experience collaborating with global finance teams within a matrix organization.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Institutionalize financial planning models for revenue, gross margin, OPEX, and profitability.
• Drive forecast accuracy and identify risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to global planning initiatives and standardization in FP&A.
• Lead monthly financial reporting and performance reviews for EMEA operations.
• Provide financial commentary and recommendations during business reviews.
• Manage the cost-center structure of the EMEA organization.
• Support regional accounting with close process and margin irregularities identification.
• Partner with distributor markets to improve revenue quality and profitability.
• Collaborate with Global FP&A and Tax on transfer pricing analytics.
