Tokheim seeks a Sr. Director, EMEA+SAL Finance to lead all finance activities across Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Latin America, reporting to the CFO.

This executive partner with regional leadership to translate strategy into operational execution while ensuring strict financial discipline and accurate forecasting. The role owns accounting, controls, financial systems, operations finance, reporting, and regulatory compliance, builds a high-performing regional finance organization,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in finance roles.
• Chartered qualification and experience in a publicly traded enterprise (US).
• Experience as Finance Director in global manufacturing, automotive, industrial or capital goods with full P&L ownership.
• Strong ability to influence decisions using financial reporting and analysis.
• Balanced FP&A and Controllership background across multi-site setups.
• Proven ability to develop finance talent and lead cross-regional teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the regional AOP, quarterly forecast and strategic plan submissions.
• Partner with the EMEA+SAL VP/GM and regional leadership to translate strategy into execution.
• Lead and develop the regional FP&A, Controllership, and Site Finance teams.
• Drive financial discipline, controls, and timely reporting across the region.
