Abbott is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for EMEA & APAC to partner with finance and business leaders across the region. Based at the EMEA Headquarters in Zaventem, Belgium, you will drive balance sheet management, working capital performance, SG&A ownership, and FP&A activities.

You will support monthly close, lead regional reviews, and develop executive-level reporting. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration within a global

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in FP&A, Controllership, or Commercial Finance.
Strong balance sheet management, working capital, reporting, and SG&A management.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with large datasets.
Experience with Hyperion, Dodeca, SAP or similar tools.
Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

Support monthly close and forecasting process.
Lead balance sheet reviews across EMEA & APAC, focusing on AR, working capital, and OAL.
Own SG&A reporting, forecasting and spend management across the region.
Analyze financial performance and provide insights to finance and leadership.
Identify risks, opportunities, and key drivers through data analysis.
Develop executive-ready reporting to support leadership decisions.
Drive reporting standardization, process simplification, and automation.
Participate in strategic finance projects for growth and improvement.
