As FP&A Analyst for the Benelux region, you’ll shape financial insights and drive performance across Belgian and Dutch markets. You’ll partner with the Head of Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate reporting, lead planning cycles, strengthen processes, and support strategic decisions.

You’ll work on a 110M€ business scope, contribute to monthly closes, budgeting and forecasting, and help elevate our FP&A capabilities in a fast-moving FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or related field
• Experience in commercial finance, controlling, reporting, or audit
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-financial stakeholders
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools, and SAP FI CO
• International or FMCG experience is a plus

Responsabilités

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and rolling plans within IBP cycle
• Coordinate monthly closing for full Benelux P&L, from volume to operating income
• Deliver financial insights and actionable recommendations to leadership
• Support business cases and cross-functional projects with analysis
• Pilot SG&A cost management and strengthen processes and controls
