Boston Scientific Belgium seeks an experienced Account Manager with Cardiology expertise to join our EP portfolio and take ownership of a strategic Belgian region including Wallonia and Brussels. You will partner with hospitals and clinicians to drive adoption and deliver value-based solutions.

You will lead commercial activities, develop long-term relationships, and work with sales, clinical, and marketing teams to execute plans.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in account management or sales in MedTech/pharma.
In-depth EP expertise is a strong plus.
Proven success in consultative or solution-based selling, ideally in a hospital setting.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and drive for results.
Willingness to travel within the region.
Fluency in French and English (mandatory).

Responsabilités

Lead commercial activities within your region, from tenders to strategic account planning.
Grow adoption of our Electrophysiology portfolio by identifying opportunities and driving market development.
Build trust with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, and procurement stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with colleagues in sales, clinical, and marketing to deliver customer projects.
Acting as a strategic partner for hospitals, while ensuring execution of sales plans in the field.
