Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in cardiology, healthcare, or clinical research.
• 2–3 years of electrophysiology experience, ideally in a clinical or field-based role.
• Strong knowledge of EP lab procedures and clinical workflows.
• Experience in clinical trials or research support is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across Europe.

Responsabilités

• Support clinical trial procedures and patient enrollment within the EP therapy area.
• Act as an expert in EP technologies, clinical protocols, and study procedures for sites and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with clinical sites and support site start-up, qualification, and enrollment strategies.
• Identify challenges, implement solutions, and provide feedback to optimize study progress and patient safety.
• Train and support clinical staff on protocols, product use, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Clinical Scientists, study teams, and cross-functional partners to improve study design and execution.
• Contribute to product troubleshooting, education initiatives, and sharing best practices across regions.
