Metheion Technology & Engineering Consulting seeks a skilled materials scientist to develop and optimize thin films, nanocoatings, and nanostructured materials for energy, biomedical, and advanced tech applications.

You will drive electrochemical deposition, wet chemical processing, and ALD, planning experiments, evaluating material performance, and documenting results to translate requirements into scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Masters/PhD in a relevant technical field.
• 2+ years in electrochemistry, materials development, or thin-film deposition.
• Hands-on deposition experience, ALD is a plus.
• Data analysis to draw practical conclusions.
• Experience with wet chemical processing.

Responsabilités

• Develop and optimize electrochemical deposition for thin films and nanostructures.
• Develop and optimize wet chemical deposition, surface treatment, and etching.
• Develop and optimize ALD processes for thin films and nanocoatings.
• Plan and execute experiments to evaluate deposition processes and material properties.
• Investigate relationship between process parameters and film performance.
• Characterize deposited films and materials using physical, chemical, electrochemical methods.
• Analyze data to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Document experimental results and process improvements.
