Tokyo Electron Europe Belgium is seeking a highly qualified researcher to advance thin film deposition technologies, including ALD, CVD, and PVD, for leading semiconductor applications. You will design and execute experiments, transfer process knowledge to TEL engineers, and collaborate with industry partners to push the boundaries of device fabrication.

Qualifications

• PhD required in a related field; MSc with >5 years acceptable.
• 3–5 years of experimental experience in ALD, CVD or related deposition.
• Knowledge of semiconductor tech and process equipment.
• Experience with materials characterization techniques.
• Able to work in a cleanroom and handle research equipment.

Responsabilités

• Design, execute, and analyze experiments for thin film deposition research.
• Develop novel processes for logic, memory and emerging devices.
• Establish procedures and configurations; hands-on equipment troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with partners to develop leading-edge processes and products.
• Identify IP opportunities and disclose inventions.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
