World Aquatics is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the operational management of its Professional School programmes and EU project workstreams, developing tailored curricula to address leadership and digital transformation.

You will drive outreach to attract corporate partners and learner cohorts, coordinate with internal teams to align activities with the 28DIGITAL Academy roadmap, and ensure a high-quality participant experience from enrolment to certification.

Qualifications

• Background in instructional design, learning & development, or executive education.
• Experience designing and managing blended or online learning programmes.
• Familiarity with digital credentialing, micro-credentials, and lifelong learning frameworks.
• EU project management experience, including familiarity with EIT or H2020/HE funding schemes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Profile required

• Background in instructional design, learning & development, or executive education
• Experience designing and managing blended or online learning programmes
• Familiarity with digital credentialing, micro-credentials, and lifelong learning frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational tasks and multi-actor processes
• EU project management experience, including familiarity with EIT or H2020/HE funding schemes
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Fluent in English; additional EU language is a plus
