World Aquatics is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the operational management of its Professional School programmes and EU project workstreams, developing tailored curricula to address leadership and digital transformation.

You will drive outreach to attract corporate partners and learner cohorts, coordinate with internal teams to align activities with the 28DIGITAL Academy roadmap, and ensure a high-quality participant experience from enrolment to certification.

Qualifications

• Background in instructional design, learning & development, or executive education.
• Experience designing and managing blended or online learning programmes.
• Familiarity with digital credentialing, micro-credentials, and lifelong learning frameworks.
• EU project management experience, including familiarity with EIT or H2020/HE funding schemes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the operational management of specific Professional School programmes and EU project workstreams.
• Develop tailored curriculum and pedagogical approaches to address leadership and digital transformation challenges.
• Drive outreach and business development activities to attract new corporate partners and learner cohorts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align Professional School activities with the 28DIGITAL Academy roadmap.
• Manage participant experience from enrolment through certification, ensuring high satisfaction and completion rates.
• Support the identification and development of EU funding calls relevant to Professional School activities.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual reporting to EIT Digital and other funding bodies.
