Description du poste

EIT Culture & Creativity is the institutional partnership dedicated to helping European cultural and creative sectors and industries (CCSI) to become more sustainable, resilient, and competitive.

Launched in 2023 by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology, an EU body, we provide access to funding, knowledge, and tailored support. As part of the largest European innovation network, we build lasting connections between research, industry, academia, and cultural institutions.

  • Our vision is to fundamentally strengthen the CCSI as a vital force for transformation—economically, socially, and environmentally.
  • Our mission is to drive responsible growth in and beyond the CCSI through innovation, education, business creation and societal transformation.

Our first focus is on five key areas: architecture, gaming, fashion, cultural heritage, audio-visual and media. We support innovators every step of the way to scale their ideas, translate innovation into impact, and redefine what entrepreneurship means today.

We are present across 30 countries, with our HQ in Cologne, and Regional Hubs in Amsterdam, Barcelona, Bologna, Helsinki, Košice, and Vienna — building a powerful ecosystem that transcends silos, sectors and localization.

We believe that culture and creativity are not luxuries, but constitute a critical infrastructure for resilience, renewal and economic growth. Whether you are a creative innovator, a company, a university, a research center, a cultural institution, an investor, a policymaker, a civic leader or someone on a learning journey, we invite you to join us in imaging desirable futures for Europe.

EIT Education - Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Programme Manager (f/m/d)

ABOUT THE POSITION

EIT Culture & Creativity is seeking a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Programme Manager to support building and extending our professional education programmes and take hands‑on ownership of multiple funded CPD projects.

As part of the Education team, you will also help build and nurture the EIT Culture & Creativity alumni network.

While driving the management of a dynamic portfolio of projects across the CPD Programme represents the core of this role, this position further offers the opportunity to step into implementation leadership of a dedicated sub-programme or thematic portfolio. For an agile manager with strong accountability and execution focus, this position provides the space to make immediate impact, drive a distinct portfolio, and directly contribute to building and managing EIT Culture & Creativity’s high-quality educational offering.

ABOUT THE TASK & MISSION

Provide practical operational guidance to funded project partners to ensure high‑quality execution and alignment with the EIT Culture & Creativity Quality Framework for non‑degree Education.

Track, verify, and monitor project progress against KPIs and ensure timely operational progress reporting for EIT Business Plan cycles.

Support the implementation and monitoring of financial sustainability mechanisms across funded projects.

Encourage and monitor active post‑programme alumni networks across funded cohorts, supporting their integration into the EIT Culture & Creativity Alumni Programme to drive long‑term professional engagement and community advocacy.

Facilitate knowledge sharing between funded projects, identify best practices, and feed project outcomes and learnings into future CPD calls.

Analytical skills:Structured, data‑driven mindset with the ability to synthesise portfolio performance data, verify targets, and clearly articulate progress and impact to senior leadership.

Project Management skills:Proven strong ability to manage multiple parallel projects, prioritise resources, and maintain operational control while aligning day‑to‑day execution with overarching organisational strategy.

Problem solving skills:Proactive approach to identifying implementation bottlenecks, project risks, or underperformance early, with the ability to design and enforce effective corrective action plans.
