28DIGITAL is seeking a Junior Learning Experience Designer to join the European Wind Academy initiative in Brussels. You will apply design thinking, user research, and educational design to create learner-centred experiences for large-scale European education programs.
The role suits HCID graduates or those with a strong background in Human-Computer Interaction, UX design, Educational Technology or Learning Design, with familiarity in tools like Figma, Miro and the Adobe Suite.

Over the next three years, the Academy will develop and deploy professional learning programmes reaching more than 100,000 learners across Europe, supporting workforce development in the wind energy sector.
We are looking for a person to join our Education Team and help create engaging, learner‑centred educational experiences.
This role is ideal for graduates of the Human Computer Interaction and Design (HCID) programme or related fields who want to apply design thinking, user research, digital learning, and innovation methodologies to real‑world European education projects. Preference will be given to Graduates of EIT Digital Master School.

Preferably at the 28DIGITAL office in Brussels, although a location at one of the 28DIGITAL European offices will be considered.
