Yazaki North America is seeking an ECS Sales Pricing Specialist for our Ovar plant. You will manage transfer prices, landed costs, and base prices while coordinating with Finance, Sales, and Purchasing to optimize profitability.

Role requires a Bachelor’s in a business field, 1 year pricing/costing experience, and strong English communication. SAP knowledge is advantageous, and attention to detail is essential for accurate price calculations and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Pricing/Sales or Manufacturing costing, preferably automotive products.
• Fluent in English.
• High attention to detail and methodical problem solving.
• Able to explain complex information clearly.

Responsabilités

• Calculate transfer prices, landed costs, base prices for all product groups and supply flows.
• Collect and apply cost data needed for calculations across systems.
• Monitor cost indexes and ensure pricing transparency and quality.
• Upload prices to GPDB, SAP, ERP and related systems.
• Track price evolutions and support in defining prices to customers.
• Perform regular gross margin checks and analyze gaps.
• Coordinate data maintenance in BPCS / GPDB and align with Supply Management.

Your Duties And Responsibilities

• Calculate Yazaki transfer prices, landed costs, base prices for all product groups and supply flows
• Collect and apply all cost data needed to perform calculations
• Monitor cost indexes and interest factors
• Assure pricing transparency and quality
• Upload prices to the required systems (GPDB, SAP, ERP)
• Track and monitor price evolutions
• Support in defining prices to customers
• Handle daily price requests from all affiliates
• Ensure accurate and timely RFQ response
• Perform necessary price calculations
• Upload prices to the required system
• Perform regular gross margin check of the products, analyze and report the gaps
• Focus on product profitability by proposing cost and price improvements
• Track gross margin development / cost evolutions
• Component prices management (purchase, sales prices, gross margin)
• Follow up actions with Supply Management
• Coordinate/ maintain data in BPCS / GPDB
• Follow Sales activities in accordance with requirements from the Management and CSC's needs
• Develop and maintain calculations tools / data basis
• Support new processes definition and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with Logistic, Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Internal and external YEL-BL customers
• Solve problems linked to the business processes, cross functional needs, and between the peers
• Assure compliance to internal, local and European requirements and regulations
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Business management, Economics or Finance
• Minimum 1 year of experience Customer Pricing/Sales or Manufacturing costing, preferably for automotive products
• Fluent in English
• High level of attention to details with exacting standards, methodical in nature with a problem solving ability to find solutions using technical experience
• Ability to express complex information to others in straightforward situations
• Knowledge of guidelines and policies to assure compliance, accuracy and quality
• Full understanding of system, interactions and processes
• Full understanding of component price data & registration
• A basic knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
