Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for clients and provide excellent service in line with the client journey.
• Capture customer data into the CRM to build relationships and future opportunities.
• Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistently exceptional in-store experience and a positive working environment.
• Welcome and serve customers with outstanding in-store experiences.
• Cross-sell with all departments to maximize sales and achieve individual targets.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager as needed.
• Maintain the shop floor and visual displays to Prada guidelines and stock procedures.
• Support security and be vigilant against theft.
