Prada is seeking a Luxury Sales Ambassador in Brussels to convey brand philosophy and values to clients, guiding them into the Prada world. You will maximize individual and team sales, delivering an extraordinary luxury experience, discovering client needs, and building brand loyalty.

Responsibilities include creating a welcoming environment, capturing data in CRM, promoting omni-channel, collaborating with colleagues, cross-selling, and staying informed on trends.

Qualifications

• Passion for selling and stores.
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player and able to work alone.
• Ambition, resilience, self-motivation and problem solving.
• Fluent French and English; Dutch is a plus.

• Create a welcoming environment for clients and strive to meet their needs with excellent service.
• Capture customer data into the CRM to connect with clients and develop future opportunities.
• Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset.
• Work as a team and foster open communication to ensure an exceptional in-store experience.
• Welcome and serve customers providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Cross-sell with all Departments to maximize sales and achieve KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Maintain shop floor and visual displays according to Prada guidelines.
• Contribute to security and prevent product thefts.
