Job summary

MONCLER in Antwerp seeks a Client Advisor (Part Time) to guide every client through the brand’s values and heritage, delivering a warm, luxury experience and building long-lasting relationships.

In partnership with the team, you will aim for personal and store results, uphold visual standards, assist with replenishment and stock control, inventories, and contribute with energy, reliability and enthusiasm. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales roles; Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus.
• Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts.
• Passionate about Retail, Client service and commercial mindset.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Creates unique client experiences and long-term relationships, handling selling, after-sales and clienteling.
• Achieves excellent selling performance and store results.
• Maintains visual standards and stock management with Visual Merchandising.
• Assists with inventories and stock replenishment.
• Collaborates enthusiastically with the team, staying energetic and reliable.
