FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to assist customers by phone, email or chat. The role includes a full relocation package and options for on-site or remote work within Portugal.

You must be fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and have a good level of English, and enjoy helping people as part of an international team. Flight tickets and accommodation support are provided.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsabilités

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions.
• Work as part of an international team.
