FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. The role offers a full relocation package and the chance to work on-site in Lisbon or remotely within Portugal.

You will be the main point of contact for Dutch customers and assist via phone, email, or chat with a user-first approach. Relocation included, with accommodation option and private health insurance. Training is paid and bonuses are included.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and good English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping them.

Responsabilités

• Be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions.
