FH Collective Academy is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists in Lisbon. You will be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, providing helpful, un-scripted support as part of an international team.

Relocation is fully covered with flight and options for accommodation. There is an on-site and remote within Portugal setup, with monthly pay including bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• You're based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsabilités

• You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions as part of our international team.
