FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. You will help Dutch customers by phone, email, or chat, delivering practical, friendly support with a focus on real solutions.

This role offers on-site work in Lisbon with remote options within Portugal and includes a relocation package, flight ticket, and shared accommodation. Monthly gross pay ranges from €1,220 with housing to €1,500 without housing, plus private health

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsabilités

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve daily questions for our international team.
