FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our international team. You'll be the primary contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, delivering friendly, practical help.

We offer a relocation package to move to Portugal, with flight, accommodation options, and a gross monthly salary of 1,220–1,500 EUR depending on housing. Remote options within Portugal and an inclusive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate.

Responsabilités

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions as part of an international team.
