You'll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, assisting via phone, email, or chat as part of our global team. The role emphasizes genuine, practical help and friendly service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate soon.
• Experience in customer support is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to resolve day-to-day questions for an international team.
