FH Collective Academy in Lisbon seeks Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. You will be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat, delivering genuine help as part of an international team.

On-site in Lisbon with remote options within Portugal. We include a relocation package with flight, housing options, and bonuses in monthly pay. Training is provided and private health insurance starts day one.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and good English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to move.
• Enjoy helping people.

Responsabilités

• Be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions.
• Work as part of an international team.
